Manage Your Subscription
Your Revela subscription is managed through Apple. To change or cancel your plan:
How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription
On your iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Revela
- Choose a different plan or tap Cancel Subscription
On the web
- Visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find Revela and manage your subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.
Request a Refund
Since subscriptions are processed by Apple, refund requests go through them directly:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Revela charge and request a refund
Common Questions
I deleted the app. Is my data gone?
Yes. Revela stores all data locally on your device. If you delete the app, your pattern analysis, daily card history, and playbook entries are permanently removed. There is no cloud backup.
Can I retake the quiz?
The quiz can be retaken after 30 days. This is intentional — patterns don't change overnight, and retaking too soon wouldn't give you meaningful new results.
I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall.
Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe

How accurate is the pattern analysis?
Revela is designed for self-reflection and entertainment. It uses your quiz responses to identify behavioral tendencies, but it is not a clinical or diagnostic tool. Think of it as a mirror — what you see depends on how honestly you answer.
