These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Revela ("the App"), operated by MO Horizons LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Revela is a behavioral pattern analysis app that provides personalized insights based on a quiz and daily interactive scenarios. Revela is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account and Data

Revela does not require an account. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, your data will be permanently removed.

Subscriptions

Pricing

Revela offers the following subscription options:

• Weekly: $9.99 per week
• Annual: $39.99 per year

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or visit App Store subscription management.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or services
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App or its content

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, analysis results, and the Revela name and logo, is owned by MO Horizons LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your personal results using the App's built-in share feature.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis or content provided by the App. Revela is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MO Horizons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
